Grantees Signage

Brendan of Atlas Sign Co. asked me to assist him on some in-store sign painting for new Patagonia stores in Boulder and Denver. Some of the projects I helped him with were his designs, but for this Denver Environmental Gratees board I was able to lay out and hand letter the full design myself!

This was such a fun project to work on, because as I was lettering the descriptions I got to read about local organizations that are making an impact on preserving the Colorado environment. I added little illustrations that represent each grantee, and it was fun to use my own hand writing for most of the board. This Patagonia store is only a few blocks from my studio so it's fun to drive by and see this sign as well as Brendan's work throughout the store.
